  • If you have an existing instance of NanoScope software, choose whether to upgrade or install a new copy.

  • Click Next on the Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for NanoScope 6.x dialog box.

  • If this is a new installation, accept the license agreement and choose the installation type (Standard or Custom).

  • Select the destination location and the features you wish to install.

  • If this is a new installation, select a Setpoint Mode (Scaled or Classic). Bruker recommends the Scaled Setpoint Mode.

  • Click Install and wait for the installation to complete.

  • Click Finish and restart your computer.

Using Nanoscope Software 6.13

After installing Nanoscope software 6.13, you can launch it from the Start menu or from the desktop shortcut.
